These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NumCrack mobile application ("the App"), operated by Barber-Riley ("we", "our", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

NumCrack is a number-based puzzle game intended for entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the App or its services.

2. No Accounts or User Data Storage

  • The App does not require user accounts
  • No personal data is stored by us
  • Game progress may be stored locally on your device and may be lost if the App is deleted

3. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for:

  • The content of advertisements
  • External websites linked from ads
  • Any products or services promoted through ads

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including code, design, text, and branding, are owned by Barber-Riley. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. App Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available
  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, device issues, or gameplay interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
